Office and storage building- Redmond

Our client, who already had a substantial solar photovoltaic installation in his property, needed a stand-alone 2,000 sq. ft. storage and office facility for his coffee business, plus a rainwater supply for his large greenhouse. The exterior walls of this project consist entirely of Faswall ICF Foundation blocks, which give a substantial, quiet presence to the building, as well as providing excellent temperature regulation for coffee storage. There is a 2500 gallon rainwater storage tank to collect runoff from the well-insulated SIP roof.
